Southern Tier Resident Remembers NYC Mayor Ed Koch

Ed Green, of Binghamton had a long association with former NYC Mayor Ed Koch, who died Friday.  Green, a promoter in the entertainment business, helped Koch with his unsuccessful bid for New York Governor, and also helped with promotional events during Koch's time as NYC mayor.
