M-E On-Line for School Budget Chat

With a 3.8 million dollar deficit, the Maine-Endwell School District  is looking to make 3.8 million dollars in reductions.

Whether that's through not filling retirements or layoffs, there are many throughout the community that have questions.

And Maine-Endwell has created a new outlet for the public to ask these questions.

There will be an online budget chat with the superintendent from 6:00pm to 8:00pm,  on this Wednesday.

"Well we realize that people's time constraints are difficult, there are times, were it is much more convenient to sit in your own living room and ask a question that's just as important had you been sitting there in an audience asking a question live," said Maine-Endwell superintendent of schools, Jason Vanfossem.

Log-in  instructions are going to be available this Wednesday, the day of the chat,  on the main page of the Maine Endwell website.
