Man Caught Driving With Three Times The Legal BAC Limit

A Johnson City man is facing charges after driving with a BAC over three times the legal limit.

Police say they stopped William Rozell around 2:15 a.m Sunday  while he was driving on Prospect and Colombus Streets in the Town of Dickinson.  Police say he was pulled over for driving without lights but further investigation revealed he had a .29% BAC level. 

Rozell was taken into custody and released.  He will appear in court at a later date.
