Patience Needed for this Tax Season

Patience will be the key to this year's tax season according to tax pro Gerri Harrison.
 
The fiscal cliff negotiations pushed back the early filing date from January 15th until January 30th.

The IRS is also dealing with identity theft, which could set back refunds further especially for people who qualify for earned income credit.

According to officials in some cases those individuals could see a 60 to 90 day hold on their refunds.
