Kick Off to Heart Walk Season

Walking is one of the best things you can do to avoid--or repair, heart trouble.

That's why the American Heart Association kicked off Heart Walk Season Wednesday night in Endicott.

Volunteers, team captains, survivors, and donors all came together at Jonathan's Fine Food and Spirits to plan this year's heart walk .

Speaker Lisa Mascoto, who is a heart attack survivor, was just 25 when she had a heart attack and stressed that no one is too young to be at risk.

Also, no one is too young to join the effort, and show support at the Heart Walk, coming up on April 28th at Binghamton University.
