Teacher Accused of Sexual Relationship with Minor

A teacher employed in the Susqehanna Valley District in 2012 is under arrest for what police say is a sexual relationship he had with an underage victim.

28-year-old Anthony Raggi of Binghamton is charged with one count of Criminal Sexual Act in the Second Degree, a class d felony.

Raggi was arraigned in the Town of Kirkwood Court and released on his own recognizance pending further court proceedings.
