Binghamton Man Lies About Identity

A Binghamton man is facing charges after police say he lied about his identity.

Broome County Sheriff's Office officials say a deputy stopped 43-year-old Ronald Mack in his car after seeing suspicious activity at the Manley's Mighty Mart on Downs Avenue in the Town of Dickinson.

When Mack was questioned he told police his name was Antonio Davis-- however had trouble spelling his own first name.

Further investigation revealed Mack didn't have a valid drivers license and had two active warrants for minor offenses.
