Vangorden Sentencing

Forty years to life in prison, that's the sentence for Richard Vangorden, convicted of the attempted murder of state troopers.

In September of last year, Vangorden sideswiped a patrol vehicle, and shot at state troopers, after drving his vehicle toward them, when they attempted to pull him over.

The incident happened in Hornellsville, in Steuben County.
