Stabbing in Town of Binghamton

A Town of Binghamton man is facing charges after he slashed a 19-year-old with a knife.

Broome County Sheriff Office officials say 41-year-old Richard Hadley Jr.  threatened the teenager with a knife at a Burdick Rd home.  He then slashed him in the right shoulder. 

Police say they found Hadley Jr. shortly after at his Park Avenue home.  The victim was treated at local hospital and released. 

Hadley Jr. is being held without bail.
