Law Affects Electronic Cigarettes Sales

Another new state law that took effect January 1st, electronic cigarettes can no longer be sold to minors.

Electronic cigarettes, also known as e-cigarettes, are battery-operated products designed to deliver nicotine, flavor and other chemicals.

The FDA has not fully studied electronic cigarettes and how much nicotine and other chemicals are inhaled.
