Blaze Destroys Richford Home

Three people were displaced Wednesday evening after a fire destroyed their Richford home in Tioga county:

Fire officials say it happened around 1:15 in the afternoon at 997 route 79.  They say they are still investigating its cause.  The Red Cross is assisting the family.
