Sandusky Fallout: PA Governor Sues NCAA

The Governor of Pennsylvania will sue the NCAA over that group's $60-million fine of Penn State in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.

Sandusky, a former Penn State assistant football coach, was convicted of 45 counts of Child Sex Abuse in June.

Governor Tom Corbett said the fine didn't punish Sandusky or those responsible for covering up his crimes.

The fine is expected to be paid over five years and is meant to fund an endowment to fight child sex abuse.
