Norwich Fatal Accident

Norwich police are investigating a one car accident that left a  woman dead.
 
Police say 31-year-old Casey Decker of Norwich  crashed her car in the area of 5308 County Road 32 around 7:45 Thursday morning.

They say she was pronounced dead on the scene.  Police say the roll over may have been caused by the icy conditions.
