Kids go on Dick's shopping spree with Joey Sindelar

Christmas came early for some lucky kids from the Binghamton Boys and Girls Club--
 
It was a shopping spree at Dick's Sporting Goods store on Monday.

Twenty of them were alloted 200 dollars of shopping credit--thanks to Dick's.

They were encouraged to stock up on necessities like sneaker, boots, and jackets--

And the host for the event was Horseheads native and golfing pro Joey Sindelar.
needless to day, a good time was had by all:

"These kids are right here at home for us, the looks on their faces when they sit back here in the sneaker section is amazing stuff. Hopefully getting some things that light them on fire and some things that they truly need, so we're really excited, I'm thrilled to be a part of it," said Sindelar
 
Before being let off on their shopping spree, the kids were treated to a pizza party, to stoke up on the energy they'd need for the spree thorugh the Dick's Sporting Goods store in Vestal.
