Hinchey Farewell Tour

After 20 years, Congressman Maurice Hinchey is saying goodbye.
He's making a final tour of his district before leaving office next month. he made stops Monday in Binghamton, Ithaca, and Owego.

"It's regret. It's regret for not being a member of the circumstances here for at least another few years. I've loved this. I've loved this and I've loved the people here," said Hinchey.
