Shooting in Binghamton

A Sunday morning shooting has left a man in critical condition.

Binghamton police say it happened around 3:30 a.m.  They say officers responded to a call of shots fired in the area of 185 Chapin St. 

They then found Daniel M. Miley collapsed along Gerard Avenue. 
He was taken to  Wilson Hospital where he underwent emergency surgery. 

Chapin St. residents told Fox 40 Miley's girlfriend lives on the street.
Police are asking anyone with any information on the incident to call them at 772-7080.
