Harris Court Date Rescheduled

Cal Harris' first court appearance since being released from jail has been postponed. Harris has been twice convicted of killing his wife Michelle, and twice those convictions have been overturned.

Today's scheduling conference will now take place sometime in 2013. The New York State Court of Appeals overturned Harris' last conviction in October in part because it agreed the defense needed to use a pre-emptory challenge on a potential juror when it shouldn't have. Neither a murder weapon nor Michelle Harris' body have been found.
