Daycare Drug Bust

JOHNSON CITY --  A Johnson City woman is behind bars after $14,000 of cocaine was found inside her day care business.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested Theresa Sunderland Thursday.

Sunderland is the owner of "Mother Theresa's Daycare" at 130 Bernice Street in Johnson City.

Officials said a no-knock search warrant revealed 5 ounces of cocaine.

Inside the business she is being charged with several narcotics charges and Endangering The Welfare of a Child.

Police said a 2-year old she was baby sitting was in reaching distance of the narcotic.
