Lupardo Fracking Advisory Panel
12/6/2012 (Updated 11:05:45 PM)
Lupardo sits on the panel and said it hasn't met in a few months. She said there's been questions on the new regulations for fracturing and the review by three health experts.
"Health officials from across the state wrote a report to us expressing their concerns about this action and I want to make sure that it's taken into consideration as well. So, I'd like a briefing on the new rules and also on this health review," said Lupardo.
If drilling is eventually allowed, Lupardo said public health institutions are concerned about the ability to respond to any health risks it could cause.
