Heroin Arrest in Binghamton

A 59 year old Binghamton man is looking through bars at the Broome County jail, after police took a look at what was in his possession.

After a traffic stop in Binghamton, Police say they found that Israel Sosa, Jr. had 50 bags of heroin, and $261 dollars in u.s. currency.

He's charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

His address is listed as Mary Street in Binghamton.

The arrest was made by Broome County's Special Investigations Unit Task Force.
