Police: Man arrested responsible for two robberies

JOHNSON CITY -- A tip from the public has led to the arrest of the man Johnson City police say is responsible for two robberies at the same CVS Pharmacy earlier this month.
 
38-year-old Brittain Purcelle of Allen Street in Johnson City is charged with Robbery in the Third Degree for a November 12th incident at the CVS on Main Street, and Robbery in the First Degree for a November 16th incident at the same store.

Purcelle is in Broome County jail pending further court action.
