Downtown Campus for BCC?

Broome Community College President Kevin Drumm says he is interested in making the former Binghamton Public Library into a downtown campus-- with a possible culinary program.

The Broome County Industrial Development Agency recently won a court order allowing it to take control over the Exchange Street building that has been vacant for a decade.

The I-D-A- says a court will decide a sale price.  Drumm says that the plan is in the early stages, but a downtown campus would be great for both students and local businesses.
