Second Arrest Made in Ithaca Shooting

A second arrest in the shooting of an Ithaca Police Officer in October.

35-year-old Kimberly Harden of Ithaca is charged with hindering prosecution.

Police say she assisted Jamel Booker, who is charged with shooting Ithaca Policeman Anthony Augustine during a chase on October 11th.

Booker is expected to be arraigned on Attempted Murder and Assault Charges Wednesday. Harden is in Tompkins County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
