Trends Forecaster Gerald Celente Says Holiday Spending Won't Led to Recovery

Why won't all the frenzied holiday spending we are seeing so early in the season lead to an economic recovery?  Isn't it at least a sign that the U.S. is beginning to climb out of recessionary territory?

Trends Journal Forecaster Gerald Celente of Kingsston N.Y. says the big spending is not a sign of those "green shoots"  that politicians were talking about when they first began to reassure the public that we are moving into a healthier economic climate. He says it's fueled by cheap money and low interest rates that cannot be sustained.
