BCC Collects for the Troops

Beef Jerky and batteries may not be at the top of your wish list this holiday season, but Broome Community College representatives tell us that is exactly what our troops overseas need.
 
The Criminal Justice and Homeland Security Departments will be collecting items to send to local military service members stationed overseas in combat zones. organizers say they expect to ship about a thousand pounds worth of goods.

You can take your donations to the Criminal Justice Department starting Monday November 26 until December 10, when the items will be shipped.
