Update: Helicopter Crash Victims Identified

Authorities have identified two men killed in a helicopter crash in Corning Thursday while a pair of federal agencies continue to investigate the incident
 
The two men killed are Dale Crout, 41, of Watkins Glen and Mackenzie Bleth, 24, of Grand Ronde, Oregon who was the pilot.  The helicopter was contracted by NYSEG to inspect transmission lines when it crashed just after noon near the Chemung River.  The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating.
