Anti-Bullying with Ronald McDonald

BINGHAMTON -- Students at Calvin Coolidge Elementary got a lesson in anti-bullying from a bit of a celebrity: Ronald Mcdonald!

No, he wasn't there to give away burgers and fries, Ronald McDonald was at the school to teach students about anti-bullying and acceptance which is the school's character word of the month.

"It's what's on the inside that counts.  Qualities like trustworthiness, responsibility, respect, and fairness," said Ronald McDonald.

To kick off the assembly, one student from each class was awarded an acceptance certificate to acknowledge the great work they're doing in the classroom accepting everyone for who they are.
