Man Accused of Unemployment Fraud

37-hundred bucks can come in handy when you're without a job-- but it can also get you arrested if it's in the form of  unemployment benefits you're not entitled to:
 
Endicott police have charged 30 year old Steven Wiley of E. Main street with Grand Larceny--for allegedly stealing the 37--hundred dollars by filing for unemployment benefits he wasn't eligible for.

He's been arraigned, and released on his own recognizance.
