PETA: Judge Orders Angel's Gate Owner Not to Own Animals

There is apparantly a new development concerning the owner of the Angel's Gate animal hospice in Delhi--

According to PETA, the owner of the controversial operation--which PETA says has been the sight of animals kept in unsanitary and cruel conditions--has been ordered by a judge not to own any animals for six months--this according to peta.

Owner Susan Marino is facing a number of charges involving animal cruelty.

Her rehab center had received wide-spread and national publicity --and many donations for animal care--before news of the charges.

We were unable to contact Marino before newstime, but in the past, she has told us that the charges are false, and the animals that were assumed by critics to have been abused at her center, were actually sick and disabled when she took them in.
