Debbie Preston Casts Her Vote

Broome County Executive Debbie Preston voted with her family today at Conklin Town Hall, in hopes of being re-elected.

The Republican Candidate said she was emotional seeing everyone at the polls, one year after the flood. Preston won the Executive's race last year to serve the last year of the term originally belonging to Barbra Fiala. She's hoping for a full four-year term with a victory tonight.

"My campaign, I felt, went well, because I felt I made a lot of tough choices in the last few months and it never mattered to me that i was up for election. Because I felt that there need to be tough choices made for the people of broome county," said Broome County Executive Debbie Preston.

Before becoming County Executive Preston served as the Supervisor of the Town of Conklin.
