Charged Dropped Against Aid Accused of Taking Picture of Patient

The Broome County District's Attorney's Office has dropped charges against a nurse's aid at UHS who was charged with Unlawful Surveillance this according to the lawyer for the accused.

Katelyn Baker was charged with taking a cell phone picture of a patient with Huntington's Disease taking a bowel movement.

According to Attorney Paul Battisti the DA dismissed the charge because there was insufficient evidence to support it.
