"What an extraordinary organization Rotary is. There are many organizations that allow you the networking opportunities.  There are many organizations that allow you the opportunity to do service projects in your community.  Rotary is one of the few that allows you to do both.  Were really trying to get Rotarians around the world extremely excited about the fact that were very close to eradicating Polio." said John P. Hewko, General Secretary of Rotary International.

The General Secretary says Afghanistan, Pakistan and Nigeria are the only three countries left in the world where polio has not been eradicated.  If you would like more information about their organization you can go to their website at Rotary.org.
