Binghamton Police Officer Resigns

A Binghamton Police Officer recently arrested for DWI has resigned.
   
Officer Christopher Stoeckel,  33 years old and with the department for four years was arrested by Binghamton police shortly after he came to work last Tuesday.

He was immediately suspended without pay.
