Hicks Sentenced to Serve Six Years in Prison

It's six years in prison for the man who ran his car into a police officer while fleeing from the law.

48 year old Wayne Hicks' car struck officer Jared Fiacco after shoplifting at the shoppes at Vestal in October of last year.

Hicks' sentence includes punishments for two counts of Assault and one count of Petty Larceny, all served at the same time.
