The television station reports that 37-year-old Steven Brown is charged with kidnapping, unlawful restraint, making terroristic threats, and other counts.

That's when his victim told employees she was being held against her will, and if she didn't go back out to the car, Brown would come into the store and start shooting.
Employees called 911. Brown was taken to Robert Packer Hospital to be evaluated for suspected use of bath salts.
He is in the Bradford County Jail on $500,000 bail.
