Endicott Shooting

Endicott Police are still investigating a shooting that happened Sunday which sent one man to the hospital and two into custody.
 
Police said three men were arguing with the victim, a 34-year-old male, when he was shot in the pelvis on Lincoln Avenue.

According to police, the three men fled the scene, but were later caught by police patrols.

Police also said they found a loaded .40-caliber handgun.

21-year-old Tyrone Howell of Binghamton is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, which is a felony.

A 17-year-old male from Queens was turned over to New York City Police on an unrelated investigation.

The victim is expected to recover from his injuries.
