Domestic Incident Leads to Endangering a Child Charge

A 20-year old Endicott man is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Police say David Lauer did that when he  smashed out a window of a vehicle that had the child inside, during a domestic dispute on Loder Avenue. 

He was also taken into custody on an active  bench warrant, out of the Town of Endicott Court.
