Outman Plans to Withdraw Plea

Alan Outman the 23 year old Binghamton man who's already pled guilty to murdering David Fillers wants to withdraw his plea.

This according to court clerk. During an appearance in Broome County Court Tuesday, Outman also asked for a new attorney, and was granted that request.

His request to withdraw his guilty plea will presumably be acted on once his new attorney takes over his defense.

In September, Outman pled guilty to First Degree Murder in the killing of Fillers on New Year's Day.

Next month, he's scheduled to be sentenced to a prison term of 25 years to life
