Police: Robbery Fake, Arrest Real

The robbery was fake--but the arrest of the man who reported it was real--

That's according to local police, who criminally charged a Binghamton man who said he was the victim of a robbery.
 
Police say 20-year-old Geoffrey Loke claimed he was robbed at knife point Saturday at the Vestal Ave Domino's Pizza restaurant where he works, then claimed the thief  fled on a bicycle.

But police say Loke kept the money himself and made-up the story about the robbery.

He's charged with falsely reporting an incident.
