Angry Parents Protest Suspension of Greene Football Coach

lots of anger Wednesday night in Greene--

The high school's popular football coach has been suspended--without explaination.

And,  at a school board meeting, angry parents and students wanted to know why:

--A room full of parents at a school board meeting still don't have an exact answer as to why coach Tim Paske is suspended.

The board says is can't discuss it because it is a personnel issue.
 
The board members listened to more than an hour's worth of complaints on their decision to suspend him..

While the school board won't confirm why Paske has been suspended...many at the meeting  were under the impression it was because the coach allowed the team to skip walking in the Homecoming parade a few weeks ago.

To players and parents alike, suspending a coach for such a small matter seemed unfair.

Board members did then go into executive session to discuss the matter further,but they said no decision would be made at the time..

With or without Coach Paske Greene faces Whitney Point on Saturday.
