Endicott Teenagers Face Forgery Charges

Two teenagers are facing forgery charges in a case involving what police call a stolen credit card and forged prescription.

Endicott Police arrested 18-year-old Reuben Ogando of Binghamton and 18-year old Kelsey Garris of Endicott.

They say Ogando made a purchase with a stolen credit card and also gave Garris a forged prescription.

Ogando faces two forgery charges and one drug charge.

Garris faces one charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument.
