Fox 40 Sponsors Health Fair

There were plenty of health experts on hand to answer questions on a variety of topics at the first annual Fresh Start Market Health Fair in Chenango Bridge.

The event was sponsored by Fox 40 and was designed to promote healthy living in the community.

The fair gave people an opportunity to consult with experts about healthy options for them as well as their pets.  There were plenty of free activities to take part in, including stress tests, spinal screenings and even massages.

"How to have more balance in your life, how to have more energy, how to improve your health.  We have some people here who are more life coaching, finding more of what your purpose is and your direction," said yoga instructor Casey Calvey.

With the big turnout organizers say they hope to continue having the  Health Fair every year.
