Vestal Man Charged With Public Lewdness & Endangering Welfare of Child

A Vestal  man is behind bars for allegedly exposing himself in his car to young children on Central Street in Endicott Saturday afternoon.

Authorities have charged 30-year-old Jesse Waldron of Vestal with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Public Lewdness.
