BU Ranks High for Higher Ed Value

Once again Suny Binghamton has been recognized for offering one of the best deals in higher education.

U.S. News & World Report ranked B.U. 37th among public universities and 89th overall.

Earlier this year Binghamton was also included in the Princeton Review's top 10 values in public education.

President Stenger credits the SUNY 2020 program as one of the reasons for the schools success.

"Our faculty size grew slightly, our student to faculty ration dropped and also our student quality significantly in pariucular one of the measures was how the percentage of students in the top ten percent of their high school class and that rose from 50% to 57%," said Harvey Stenger, BU President.

President Stenger says development teams are working on new goals for the school.
