Libous Says Fracking Stance Brings Death Threats

State Senator Tom Libous says his life has been threatened because he supports gas drilling.

The New York Post quotes Libous as saying that he has reported the death threats to the authorities.

He says there have been calls saying "we know where you live...we'll come to your house."

Libous also says environmental activists  have been threatening local officials in areas bordering Pennsylvania, where there are rich deposits of natural gas.
according to CBS News, Cuomo will soon announce a decision that it will allow hydrofracking to proceed in Broome County.
