Bearcats Men and Women Split Soccer Double Header

VESTAL --  Bearcats Senior forward Sarah Furminger nailed a shot at an tough angle from 15 yards out to give the BU women a win just 46 seconds into overtime Friday night.  The 2-1 victory over Siena boosts BU to 4-1 on the year.  Katie Corcoran scored the first goal of the evening for BU, tying the game in the 35th minute.

The BU men did not fair as well as the women.  They lose to Hofstra 3-2 Friday night.  The brightest spot of the night for BU was Jake Keegan.  Keegan scored both of the goals for the Bearcats just 33 seconds apart in the first half.  Tonight's loss, however, snaps the men's 2 game win streak and brings their record to 2-3-0.
