UPDATE:: Endwell Gunman in Custody After Wilson Ave. Incident

Police tell FOX 40 News that 22 year old William R. Yeager is in custody, and will be charged with Reckless Endangerment, after firing at least three rounds from a shotgun late Thursday night.

Yeager fired the shots inside the residence he shared with family members at 316 Wilson Avenue, in Endwell.

Authorities tell us that two women got out safely from the residence, and that Yeager was arrested shortly thereafter, when he exited the home through the rear door.

Vestal, Endicott, State Police in Endicott and e Broome County Sheriffs all responded to the scene.  They went to the residence after a 911 call was placed, at 9:21 PM.
