Endicott Man Arrested for Threatening Neighbors

ENDICOTT -- An Endicott man is under arrest after allegedly threatening to kill his neighbors with his bare hands.

Deputies say while Scott Evans, 41, was out on Dwight Street Sunday night, he also smashed a cane and threatened people with it.

Detectives believe he was under the influence of some sort of substance. 

He faces menacing and harassment charges.
