Endicott Man Facing Several Felony Charges

Endicott Police say 29 year old Kevin Buie left the scene of a minor motor vehicle accident yesterday, and as they were interviewing him regarding the incident a woman called 9-1-1 to report that Buie had pulled a knife and a handgun on her and choked her twice, which led to her losing consciousness.
   
Police say they've recovered the handgun and Buie's now facing several charges including two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, strangulation, two counts of criminal mischief and two counts of menacing.
