A Registered Sex Offender is Facing More Charges

A level three sex offender from Greene is under arrest.
 
Cops say he was peeping into windows and taking pictures at a Johnson City apartment building.

David Beebe is charged with trespass and unlawful surveillance.  The 41-year old was sent to the Broome County Jail.
 
More charges may be pending.
